RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you are unhappy with an audio book purchased from www.audiobookbargains.co.uk, you can return it to us in its original condition unopened within 14 days of the date you received it, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the book. No quibble. However, the buyer will be responsible for return carriage and must email stating the reason for the return.
Faulty CDs or cassettes will be replaced where possible, otherwise a full refund will be issued upon return. In the event of a faulty item being returned, Audio Book Bargains will refund the cost of return carriage.
DELIVERY POLICY:
We do not dropship. All items are in stock. Orders placed between Monday to Friday will normally be despatched within 24 hours. If you are a UK resident, postage is free.
If your order has not been received within 10 days, please contact us.
If an item is OUT of stock, you will be contacted within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) to advise of a delay. If the delay is unacceptable, you will be refunded in full within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
